Hat Box....

Hi...its been a while since I last posted anything but I'm going to make up for it now a little by showing the "hat-box" I'm entering into two challenges... the monthly FSS Challenge and the weekly Creative Cottage Challenge.

I originally made the "hat-box" for Fred She Said as you are asked to make a 3D gift using a FSS image...hence the flowers...then found it would be suitable for Creative Cottage. It was made from a downloaded template that Penny Duncan posted on her blog and cut out on my craft robo...take a minute to pop over and check out her wont be disappointed.

The base card hasn't photographed too well I'm afraid...its a cream textured card...but as I said hasn't photographed well at all.

The flowers are Fred She Said.....the pearl brads, lace, stickles, cord, card and pearl "sprigs" are from my stash.

Thank you for popping by.....enjoy the rest of your weekend.....and take care!!

I Love Digis Challenge

Hello again....this is my entry for the I Love Digis you can see we had to make a thank you card.

I've used "The Kiss" from Stitchy Bear Stamps and coloured it with Whispers Strokes. The mat is Cuttlebugged and I then punched holes around it. Backing paper was a download from the Imag-e-nations Forum and I punched a border. The butterfly was cut on my Craft Robo and stamped the Thank You sentiment. The card, stickles and stick on pearls are from my stash.

Sorry its such a rushed posting but have to go and sort things out because we have to be up very early in the morning as we're going on a little jaunt...will be back Saturday night.

Thank you for popping by...hope your weekend's good...take care!

The image I've used is "Butterfly Love" from Stitchy Bear Stamps and coloured with Whispers Strokes. The backing papers are from the Victorian Classic Paper Pad - Paper Cellar Ltd and the mat for the sentiment was cuttlebugged. Flora Doodles and the dried foliage were from Joanna Sheen. I cut the butterflies on my Craft Robo using a template downloaded from UK Scrappers and the sentiment I stamped. The card, brad and stickles were all from my stash.
